Hip-Hop Legends & Messi Light Up Red Bull Arena Sat. Aug. 26, 2023

While the world's eyes may be on soccer superstar Lionel Messi, there's another set of legends gearing up to steal the show at the Red Bull Arena in Harrison, NJ. On Saturday, August 26, 2023, starting at 5:30 p.m., the arena will be pulsating with the beats and rhymes of Hip-Hop's finest, leading into a thrilling soccer match at 7:30 p.m. 

Celebrating the 50th Anniversary of Hip-Hop, the New York Red Bulls are pulling out all the stops. The evening promises electrifying performances from Hip-Hop icons like DMC of RUN DMC, Vin Rock, DJ Kay Gee of Naughty by Nature, DJ Skribble, and DJ Scratch. These legends will set the stage on fire both before and after the Red Bulls face off against Inter Miami, in a match presented by the New Jersey Lottery. 

The CrossBar at Red Bull Arena will be the place to be from 5:30 p.m. Vin Rock, DJ Kay Gee, DJ Skribble, and DJ Scratch will kick off the evening, leading into a special set by the legendary DMC from RUN DMC. Remember, fans, you'll need your game ticket to get into the CrossBar area and be part of this musical extravaganza. 

But the party doesn't stop at the final whistle! After the game, the arena will resonate with the sounds of DJ Skribble, DJ Scratch, Vin Rock, and DJ Kay Gee, culminating in a spectacular fireworks display. 

And for those looking to take a piece of this historic night home, the Red Bull players will be sporting the club's new Freestyle Kit. This exclusive kit, designed to honor Hip-Hop's golden anniversary and the innovators who've shaped its journey, is available for purchase at the BULLshop inside the arena and online.
