Wishing Harrison a Merry Christmas and a Joyful Holiday
Dec 25, 2025
Dear Your Harrison Readers,
On this Christmas Day, we at Your Harrison, along with our dedicated staff, extend our warmest wishes for a very Merry Christmas to all who celebrate. May this special day bring you and your families joy, peace, and the warmth of the holiday spirit.
As we reflect on the past year, we are deeply grateful for the strength, resilience, and civic-minded spirit of our community. It is the unwavering commitment of Harrison’s residents that continues to make our town a place where people care, participate, and work together to build a better future.
This holiday season, we encourage everyone to cherish time spent with loved ones and to reflect on the shared experiences that unite us. May the lights and colors of Christmas fill your homes with happiness, and may the year ahead bring renewed opportunity, understanding, and continued engagement in our democratic process. Your voice and involvement matter, and we look forward to another year of partnership, progress, and community growth.
To those of the Jewish faith, we are glad that the Town of Harrison recognized the importance of lighting a Menorah in Harrison—a first in recent history. There may have been other lightings of the Menorah that were forgotten with the passage of time. We note that the Town has to make a better effort in spreading the word about events, including this year’s Menorah lighting. There was no mention of the Menorah lighting on the official Town of Harrison website.
To those who celebrate Christmas, Merry Christmas.
