3. No high revving unless during the 2-step competition.

Excessive Noise Complaints Continue

Harrison residents have complained to the Mayor & Council about excessive noise from the Red Bull Arena outdoor events before Red Bull Arena soccer games.  The Harrison Police Department has been holding Community Policing meetings with residents in apartment buildings in the Harrison Redevelopment Zone where the Red Bull Arena is located and at one of those meetings excessive noise on the outside of the Red Bull Arena during events was raised as a quality of health concern.
