Although the FIFA World Cup 2026 will conclude with the championship match on Sunday, July 19, soccer fans will still have plenty of opportunities to gather in Harrison throughout July, as Sports Illustrated Stadium continues to serve as one of New Jersey's premier soccer destinations.

The stadium's NYNJ World Cup 26 Jersey Fan Hub will host its final week of official FIFA World Cup watch parties through Wednesday, July 15, before the venue transitions back to professional soccer and international club competition later in the month.

The Jersey Fan Hub has served as the official New Jersey fan experience for the FIFA World Cup 2026, featuring live match broadcasts on giant video screens, entertainment, interactive fan activations, food and beverages, and family-friendly activities. General admission to the Fan Hub has been offered free through advance registration with SI Tickets.

Sports Illustrated Stadium notes that the Fan Hub will not be open on Sunday, July 5, or Sunday, July 19, due to scheduling conflicts at the stadium.

Final Week of Jersey Fan Hub Events

The last week of Fan Hub programming begins on Monday, July 6, when supporters can watch one of the tournament's Round of 16 matches as the United States faces Belgium. Stadium gates and fan activities open from 6:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., with kickoff scheduled for 8 p.m.

Quarterfinal watch parties follow on:

  • Thursday, July 9 – Fan activations begin at 3 p.m., with the match airing at 4 p.m.
  • Friday, July 10 – Doors open at 2 p.m., with kickoff at 3 p.m.
  • Saturday, July 11 – Fan activities begin at 4 p.m., with Quarterfinal matches shown at 5 p.m. and 9 p.m.

The final Fan Hub events will feature the World Cup Semifinals:

  • Tuesday, July 14 – Doors open at 1:30 p.m., with the semifinal broadcast beginning at 3 p.m.
  • Wednesday, July 15 – Doors again open at 1:30 p.m., with the second semifinal shown at 3 p.m.

For residents of Harrison and surrounding communities, the Fan Hub has provided an opportunity to experience the excitement of the FIFA World Cup without traveling to one of the tournament venues, while also bringing thousands of visitors into the town during the tournament.

Red Bulls Return to MLS Action

Once the World Cup Fan Hub concludes, Sports Illustrated Stadium quickly shifts back to Major League Soccer.

The New York Red Bulls return home on Saturday, July 25, to host Charlotte FC. The stadium's official events calendar lists kickoff at 6:30 p.m. Because some third-party ticketing websites display different start times, fans are encouraged to check the stadium's official event page before attending for the most current schedule.

The July 25 match marks one of the Red Bulls' key home fixtures as the club continues its MLS campaign following the World Cup break.

International Clubs Visit Harrison

Soccer fans will have another opportunity to watch world-class competition when Sports Illustrated Stadium hosts an international preseason exhibition on Thursday, July 30.

English clubs Sunderland AFC and Leeds United will meet as part of the USA Summer Tour, with kickoff scheduled for 7:30 p.m.

The match gives local supporters a rare opportunity to watch two historic English clubs compete in Harrison as they prepare for the upcoming European season.

Expect Continued Traffic and Road Closures

With thousands of spectators expected throughout July, motorists should anticipate increased traffic before and after each event around Sports Illustrated Stadium and the surrounding Harrison roadways.

Residents are encouraged to allow additional travel time on event days and to follow traffic advisories issued by the Harrison Police Department. Visitors are also encouraged to support Harrison's local restaurants, shops, and businesses while attending events, helping extend the economic benefits beyond the stadium itself.

Although the official New Jersey World Cup Fan Hub concludes on July 15, Sports Illustrated Stadium's summer schedule ensures that Harrison will remain one of the region's busiest soccer destinations through the end of the month.
