Hudson County residents in need of food support are invited to attend a free Food Distribution Event on Tuesday, July 29, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., hosted at the Harrison‑East Newark Elks Lodge #2336, located at 406 Harrison Avenue, Harrison, NJ. This distribution is sponsored by the Hudson County Office of Social Services, in coordination with Hudson County Executive Craig Guy, and supported locally by Holy Cross Church and the Mayor & Council of Harrison. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own bags or small food carts..

About the Hudson County Office of Social Services

The Office of Social Services, part of Hudson County’s governmental structure, is tasked with administering vital assistance programs to support county residents in need.
