Feb 22, 2026
Free Parking Harrison NJ

With a snowstorm forecast to impact Harrison from Sunday, February 22, through Monday, February 23, the Town is implementing its emergency snow-removal measures and asking residents to move vehicles off key streets. “No parking” signs have been posted to allow Department of Public Works crews to clear roadways quickly and safely. If you do not remove your vehicle from the street, your vehicle will be towed at your expense.

There will be NO PARKING beginning Sunday, February 22 at 8:00 p.m. until further notice on:

  • Harrison Avenue — from 2nd Street to Schuyler Avenue
  • Frank E. Rodgers Boulevard — from Bergen Street to Scott Mobus Place

No Parking signs have been posted at least since Friday, February 20, 2026.

To assist residents and support efficient snow removal, the Harrison Parking Deck next to the PATH Station will be free of charge for Harrison residents starting at 12:00 p.m. Saturday until further notice.

Residents must reserve a space online at www.townofharrison.com by clicking the Parking tab. Enter your name, license plate, and vehicle information, then select “Have a discount code?” and enter SNOW (click Apply to activate the free parking).  The attempt to do the latter did not result in having a location to enter a name or license plate or vehicle information. It had an option to purchase a parking space ticket only.

Town officials encourage residents to use the garage option to help clear streets quickly. For updates on snow removal operations and parking restrictions, visit www.townofharrison.com. and/or check back in with coverage from YourHarrrison.com. Stay safe, and thank you for your cooperation.
