Harrison Meeting Tuesday No Mention of Personal Guarantees
The September Mayor & Council meeting is scheduled for this coming Tuesday, September 1, 2009 with a caucus at 6:30 p.m. followed by a 7:00 p.m. regular meeting. The agenda is available here
On the Agenda is Bond Ordinance 1213 for $4.5 million in sewer improvements for the Harrison Commons Project which will be placed along side the Path train parking garage. In July, Mayor McDonough promised that the principals of the Harrison Commons project would sign personal guarantees for the sewer improvements. The Ordinance mentions the personal guarantee but doesn't list the individuals. Mayor McDonough promised that he would provide the names of the individuals who were signing personal guarantees. Let us see if he fulfills his promise.
